Prime minister Visit in Cochin

Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh came here at Fine arts Hall, just now.......There are so many vehicles accompanying him......Cochin is in Traffic block.......Murukan's kada is kept off for these two days........

I love to be busy.....always busy....

Had a busy schedule today....I love to be busy......Morning started from 5.30 AM and had a pooja at Thrippunithura...after that attended the Yoga and meditation class at Sree sree ravishankar school till evening...We had a small feast which made by ourselves at 1.00 'O' clock..It was nice with parippu payasam.....After the Yoga class there was music class...Carnatic classical flute...i could play very well the sreeragam varnam.........After music class again went for pooja at 4.30 after a bath......Pooja ended at 7.00 PM. After that again long journey of 22 Km from Mulanthuruthy to Eranakulam.....Enjoyed the new tarring of Eranakulam South railway bridge.....After food from CUMS a short shuttle play with Sivaprasad......Then to lab.......Feeling quite energetic after Meditation and Yoga...Confidence increased.....

Going For Yoga and Meditation cource...

Today onwards I am going for Yoga and Meditation cource at sree Sree Ravishankar school...It is a one week cource...they will teach us Yoga, Mediation, Pranayamam and sudarshanakriya....Let me try it...Hope it will improve my mental strength......
